Phone Fun!*

We went to KY just before New Year's to see a basketball game in Rupp Arena (Go Cats!). In the hotel room, Amelia discovered the phone cord and thought it was SO much fun to walk it out and then let it snap back. Here are pictures of her walking it out and then her reaction to it snapping back. The pure glee on her face is SO wonderful!

Whenever she has something long - whether it's a toy or food like a banana - she will hold it up to her ear and talk on it like it's a phone. She makes this "zsh zsh" noise (think Zsa Zsa Gabor with the -ah and Gabor) and sometimes lah-dle lah-dle lah-dle noise. Here she is playing with Daddy's stuffed possum as if the tail were a phone. (By the time I got the camera, she was using the tail more like a microphone.) She can be easily amused - and it's so fun to watch her mimic more and more of our behaviors.
